My name is Elizabeth Golding. I was born and raised in the Chicago area. I am married and we have a 21 year old daughter. After 15 years, I decided I did not want to teach anymore and I earned my CDL in October. I am now working as a school bus driver and loving it.

My Goals:
Right now I will do almost anything to get back and stay on my school bus.
Everything I do effects my ability to drive. I must take my meds, follow my diet, and control my blood sugars every day.
I could always drink more water.
My Program:
Part of my bedtime routine is that I draft a plan for the next day and then I follow the plan.
