My Goals:
My goals are simple: I want to lose weight so that I am healthier and can do the things in life that make me happy instead of hoping that one day I will get to do them. Living a fuller life is my motivation.
My Program:
I am following a strict eating plan laid out by my nutritionalist that specializes in PCOS. Basically all the fresh veggies I want (low starch veggies only, no potatoes or corn), a bit of fresh fruit, lots of protien and only one 1/2 cup of grains per day.
