I just peeked at your food log to find it sorely absent. Is there a computer glitch? That must be it! I'm sorry they lost your food log!
Hope you are doing good on your diet and exercise. Sounds like you've really been exercising a lot. Sometimes it takes awhile to lose the weight and get the blood pressure down, don't lose heart!! Give that little Helen a smooch from her Papi and Mimi! emoticon

Once you get the habit down you won't have trouble tracking daily. Great job on your jitsitsu or w/e! and other exercises!! You are going to be a lean, mean machine in no time!! I just had a crucial error in my eating plan. Must be celebrating the birth of Helen's younger cousin!

jittisu? I think not! Zumba, oh yeah! I think you should try that one with Amy, some burn 1K in an hr doing it and it's FUN!

Hey, did you respond to me about the competion and I haven't seen it yet? We need to set the parameters. I am thinking $.50 a week would be best for me, how 'bout you?

Ok, Benji, how about we start today? Here are my suggestions, feel free to give your input, together we can refine our plan. To make it fair I think we should base it on % lost each week. I wonder where we could track this? Possibly just an email? If we don't check in with the stats weekly I fear we won't follow through. Is there anything else you want to include? Do you want to put money in a pot to go to the winner at the end? Is Aug 7th a good stopping spot? If we want to continue after that we can start anew. Would it be helpful to give points for recording your food daily? drinking a certain amount of water daily? Points for exercise minutes, or so many sit ups for me and push ups for you? Let me know what you think including what you want to have on the game plan. Sounds like we will have fun doing this! emoticon

Good job tracking!! A very helpful thing that I didn't like at all for quite a while is drinking 8-10 C of water. Have you considered doing that? The fat will melt off. Okay, maybe that's a gross exageration. emoticon
