A NEW ME a Nutritarian:)

Hi I have tried so many diets my whole life and some work and then I tend to gain weight back. I need something that will be a steady loss and not feel like a diet but just healthier eating. I am starting to EAT TO LIVE and I am excited to do it. Not only do I want to loose weight but healthy! I want to feel good on the inside and be able to keep up with other active people. I am starting the 6 week challenge on Eat to Live.. I am starting the challenge 1/5/2012 to go along with the biggest loser I am starting at work. I want to workout at least 5 times a week for 60mins.

I sent you a vegan diet plan example. On days that I ate raw vegan, I just ate mostly fruit, nuts, seeds, and raw veggies all day. So I really did not follow a meal plan.

No, I always stayed away from pasta... even now I avoid it. Even wheat pasta really causes me to retain water. I try to not eat any starches past noon. Or the next day the water weight shows up on the scale!

18 lbs is awesome! Way to go! I've got excuses, too...breastfeeding being my biggest. I've got to keep my calories up AND my nutrition. ETL gives me nutrition, but cuts calories drastically, so I'm trying to ease back into healthy eating and wait on cutting calories. I can't exercise yet, either, due to having a c-section, so I'm kind-of in a holding pattern! Keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing how well you do!
