I use my tread climber 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. I bowl once a week. I do strength training 3 days a week.

Hi baby. how are you. I'm not sure how but I have about as many calories for breakfast today as I did all day yesterday. I think I under ate yesterday way to much. LOL.

I know not good but I'll get used to this stuff.
