My Goals:
I'd like to lose weight by working out. I'd love to be able to run 3 miles in like 35 mins. I want to be in a size 8 again... no more double digits baby!
My Program:
Working out 4-5 times a week. Eating no more than 1400 calories a day... no more alcohol.... well at least not as much
