For the next 100 days – Starting Wednesday, 1/19/11, 2011 – 4/30/2011 • I will exercise 5 x a week and burn 400-500 calories per workout • I will strength train 3 x week • I will not eat past 8:00 at night during the weekday • I will not have second portions
