Getting Stronger!!!

After facing major health issues (two rare neurological diseases) I am now on track to be the healthiest I have been in years. At my worst (2 years ago) I needed the assistance of a cane and at times a walker to move around and was 20 lbs underweight... I was wasting away and my doctors could not help me. By the grace of God, my heavenly father stepped in with a miracle. He pointed me to a road of healthy eating and taking care of body, soul and spirit. Today I am totally med free and learning ...

Today I am totally med free and learning to eat and live healthier. Although I am pain free and stronger I have managed to put on 15 extra pounds that I am not comfortable living with, which is why I am here... A minor problem when you consider what I have been through. No longer working outside of the home I am learning to enjoy being a SAHM. Although the road has been very difficult at times I am grateful for the experience and the many lessons learned along the way. I now live everyday with a greater appreciation for my hubby, children, family and friends whose love propels me...

My Goals:
To be consistant with my workouts and make healthy eating an everyday thing. I also want to lose 10 lbs and fit into my skinny jeans again...

My Program:
I walk/jog 30 min. 6 days a week and do resistance exercises three times a week. I am also tracking my food choices..

Personal Information:
I am 40 something...LOL with two beautiful children 16, 10 and married to the best hubby in the world for 23 years.

I love to cook, paint, decorate, cut and dye hair (a hobby for me).... and spending time with my family and friends

My passion is Youth Ministry and I have the privilage to minster to the best youth group in the world!!!
