Fun with food while losing weight

I was a thin teen and adult until 26. I went from a size 4-5 to a size 14-16 in less than a year and a half. I started to drop the weight and then became pregnant . Unfortunatly I now weigh the same as I did right before giving birth. I have changed my diet, exercise habits and water intake with the help of my Spark app. In the last month I have lose almost 5 pounds.

Hi I am doing crunchless core today as you mentioned it on the bootcamp message board. Thanks for mentioning it. Sometimes we all need a little push. Congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up.

I just finished crunchless core. Challenging yes...but a good time bacause I stuck it out.
