My Goals:
To be healthy. I am going to focus more on physical fitness. I have been here for a couple of years and have reached goal wieght. But one thing I never could get a handle on was exercise. I would be good for a while then loose all motivation. I gained a little weight back from not eating right either so I will work on both. But my first priority will be exercise.

My Program:
Right now I am hiking aproximently four days a week in my local mountains by my house. Generaly I try at least get seven miles in when I go give or take some. Most of the time I go with my son and can easily burn over a thousand calories. I do try and least to carry twenty pounds on my back when I go. I am also exploring other avenues of fitness at this moment. I belong to Balleys and try some new things there. But the biggest enjoyment is to be outdoors.

Personal Information:
I live in the great state of California and I love the outdoors.

Other Information:
No other information. But if anyone wants to know something I more than likely will tell you unless it gets to personal.
