35 pounds GONE!!

My name is Heather, I am 25 years old and am 5'11". I am a mother of two wonderful boys. Until Spark Peope, I had never been at a weight where I feel happy looking in the mirror, even though I have never been substantially overweight. I am so proud of myself, this is a great feeling. I want to lose about 15 more pounds still, but I love the Spark Diet and I am so secure knowing that I can maintain my weight after I reach my long term goal. My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 15 pounds, going from 155 to 140.

Final goal: keep up with the spark diet and fitness program to maintain the weight loss! If you go back to your old lifestyle, you will always be fighting the battle to lose weight. No more!

My Program:
My nutrition prgram is 1200 to 1550 calories per day. I try to stay near the bottom the two days per week I don't work out and nearer the top on the five days I do.

My fitness program is to burn 1470 calories per week and to work out my upper body 2x's per week, lower body 2x's per week and core 1x per week.
