I am wishing you only the best in 2013 ~ eat healthy, exercise daily, laugh often, and love your family and friends. Open your heart and mind to new experiences, embrace what works for you and discard what doesn't.

This year with all its successes and hardships is coming to an end. Let's use our 2012 life experiences to help make 2013 a year to always remember! I don't know about you, but I am struggling to develop a belief in myself. I think that's probably true of many of us here on Spark due to past life experiences and interactions. I think we should all repeat "I believe in myself and I deserve to reach my goals" to ourselves frequently!
