(Updated 1/6/11) I started this journey wanting to look in the mirror and smile at myself. Well I have accomplished that goal. I have come a long way from that size 18/20 woman who was simply miserable. I am now a size 2. The workouts have helped so much. I am a 41 year-old mother of two teenagers. I have learned so much about myself and what I want in my life. I want to live and that is what I am doing.

Oh btw if you have been reading since I started this journey you may notice the name change. My given name is Joyce, but as the journey continued I picked up the nickname Vivian. It stuck and I like it so that is what I go by most of the time.

My Goals:
I am working very hard to lose 100 pounds and get to 126. I want to be strong and healthy and look really hot in my competition dresses.


My Program:
I am working at the gym 5-6 days per week. I add cardio and weight training. I have a trainer two days a month and dance 6 nights a week. I am also tracking my food and exercise at SP. which really has helped.

    So you are back on the journey. emoticon
    Way to go, as you said on one of your blogs many of us do know exactly how the relationship we have with food is. You did so well, I am so glad you are getting back "on the horse" and starting again. I would love to join you on your journey and on mine too. I agree also it can be exciting getting into a health regime. I get like that. I am on day thirty four and vow I will make it this time. I noticed you haven't blogged much for a while. I hope you are still blogging and hanging in there and working at it. I am adding you as a spark friend.
