    The "My Fitness" page tells you how many calories you need to burn each day.

    You can find exercises listed, or search for them.

    I manged 6 mins of cardio before I went to work. I know - but she was going too darn fast for me.

    But I can do stairs at work - I can go up and down a flight - so I'm gonna try that :)

    Nice 2 see ya!! I was gettin worried - I know this place takes a a lot to get used too, there is so much stuff here!!!! OMG

    Anyway - I'm gonna start with a really good group 10 minutes excercise - do 10 minutes everyday - I know I can do that!! I know it :)

    This place has really changed since I was last here.

    P.s. - I'm a gravy lover, too! Do they have a group for that????
