What I use to weigh

Hi my name is Geraldine and I am 60 yrs old. I am 5' 4". I have a part time job with a Pharmacy as a Technician(in training). I was physically fit 10 yrs ago and only weighed 128lbs. I started gaining weight after I quit working to stay at home and babysit grandkids while mother's were working. That was in 2001(no activity that would keep the weight off) Then in 2002 I caught bacterial pneumonia. I had a pretty ruff time with it, but survived and of course with all the fluids I was given and ...

I started gaining weight after I quit working to stay at home and babysit grandkids while mother's were working. That was in 2001(no activity that would keep the weight off) Then in 2002 I caught bacterial pneumonia. I had a pretty ruff time with it, but survived and of course with all the fluids I was given and bed ridden I gained more weight.....up to 225lbs. I have been battling this weight now for the past 5 yrs. The only good thing I got out of this weight gain was that I have been smoke free for 5 yrs. My doctor wants me to join a diet and exercise group through my clinic, but I don't drive and so that leaves with few options. So when I found your site, I thought now this is perfect. I don't have to pay out money that I don't really have to get the help I need. I have printed out the beginner exercises for top and bottom so that I can do them without having to look at the computer to see how they are done. Any how to wrap this up I going to try to give it my all and see how it goes. I am not happy with myself at all and when I was small I felt great, confident in myself and I actually felt that I had sex appeal. Now I have lost all that again and I want those feelings back. Also motivation is my biggest problem..........then eating habits and finally exercising. Please wish me luck and hopefully I will have some weight gone by next April when I go back to my appt.
