My Goals:
I want to improve everything in my life from my health to things in my everyday life. Right now I have a thing for rowing on the Concept c2 and doing deadlifts of different variations. I'm always working on handstands and walking on my hands.

My Program:
I follow my body and listen to it (biofeedback). I don't follow a specific routine because I believe our bodies will tell us what we need to do (if we listen). My exercises, weight, reps, and sets will vary from day to day. It all depends on what I feel at that moment. I have made the most progress following my body than any other "pre-made" program available. We need to work with our body and listen to it. No one knows our bodies like we do.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in Burnsville, Minnesota with my girlfriend Michelle. I enjoy meeting new people and hanging around those with similar interests and goals as me. If you're in my area and want to train sometime, let me know. If you just need some support, stay in touch!

Other Information:
I use SparkPeople to track my food but use Adaptifier (adaptifier.com) to track my workouts. I like to jump around the gym when it comes to exercise because I feel some movements will strengthen other movements so my workouts aren't the typical 4 sets sets of 10 and then move onto the next exercise. I might do an exercise 2-3 times during my workout just to see how that movement feels. I am progressing this way so I'll continue to do it until my progress stands still!
