Since joining Sparks my goals have changed.I have kicked the POP habit, and I am now working on smokeing habit. Going good so far. Still need to more motivated in the exercise dept.. But I do try to use the gazzell at least everyday.Still just takeing it one day at a time. This isn't a diet but a new lifestyle.

Other Information:
I enjoy crafting , sewing do a little painting, when I'm in the mood. My husband and I are fixing up the house we bought last May, so I get to play with the power tools , that is fun. We do some woodworking together. and it seems we have alot of yard and gardening coming up this summer.
