My Goals:
My goal is to get to the healthist weight for me and maintain that weight without obsessing about it.

My Program:
I am fasting every other day. I chose this because I feel best with minimal food. When I truly listen to my body (not my emotions or social eating peer pressure) I am hungry maybe once a day and only need a nice salad to satisfy my hunger. Sometimes I'm not hungry for an entire day - this is why I think alternate day fasting is best for me.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Chicago and I think it's the best city in the world!
