I am ready to get in shape and be healthy! I want to have the energy to play with the 2 boys I have now and any other little ones who may come along the way, lol. I want to set a good example for my children by eating healthy foods and making exercise a priority. On top of all that, I want to be a HOT soccer mom! My Program:
I have a Bowflex treadclimber in my living room.....time to start using it!

04/24/12 - until june 1st my program will be :

5 days a week of cardio and or strength training for a total of 225 minutes of exercise weekly.

calorie range of 1200 - 1400 6 days a week.

calorie range of 1200 - 1800 1 day a week to accommodate 1 cheat meal on the weekend.
