Yes, I am a marathoner!
It is time to start training for my second marathon! I am thrilled to consider myself a marathon especially since a last year I could not run a full mile! I have challenged myself and have been blessed in the process! I have parents who are in poor health, both smokers with heart problems. I have had to receive call after call concerning hospital trips and surgeries in the past few years. With each mile I run, I pray that my kids will not have to answer such calls! I am breaking ...

My Goals:
Getting Specific: Eat Clean-trying 3 new recipes a week. Run 1 race each month. Complete my second marathon June 26 Lose 5 lbs by August 23, 2010. I DID IT! Lose a total of 10 lbs by September 25. I DID IT! Run a full half marathon on September 25! I DID IT! Run a full marathon November 13. I DID IT!
My Program:
Training for a FULL marathon in June. Working on Abs and moving to weight training on legs and arms. Eating Unprocessed foods.
