Not only Do I want to be in the best shape for myself I want to be an inspiration for people as a future soon to be Personal Trainer!! I am so EXCITED!!

Stabilization Endurance and Strength Endurance Circuit Style
Monday-5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Tuesday-10:30 am Zumba
Wednesday-10 am Mat Pilates or 5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Thursday- 10:30 am Zumba
Friday- 5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Saturday-
Sunday-

Eat One, One, One: one fat, one protein, one carb every meal and 1/2 of each for 2 snacks each day! Easiest strategy and have the book now!

We just started Week 2 this week for the fitness challenge! There aren't really rules, just exercise 5 times per week and check in on the Facebook group. Here is the group link if you want to join!

I would love to see Jennifer Lopez too. Love her! It definitely requires planning so you can do the things that really interest you. Food there used to be very cheap but I have heard it is not like that now.

The take off and landing of the plane are the worst parts of it. I don't like to go fast and it feels like a drag race. LOL.

I think if you plan things well you could like Vegas. I'm not into gambling but there is a lot more to do there. If I had gotten to plan it myself I could have probably had more fun. I was with family. By the way.............There are a lot of prostitutes, freaks, and cons there. Be careful. LOL.
