No more WANTING, just DOING!

Hi my name is Deonna. I am married and have 2 amazing kids. I had to have a c-section with my son and have been wanting to lose weight ever since. Well no more wanting, just doing-that's my motto for now. Lets do this together friends!

Current Status:
HOTDEENOW So I've done 10 minutes leg strengthening, 20 min cardio- 1.11 miles and 191 calories burned, tanned, painted my nails and toes, read for 15 minutes(I'm not done) so all in all today was a great day!

Gym membership
Monday- 10-15 min cardio warmup; 30 minutes targeted legs/butt weights 5-6 exercises
Tuesday-30 min cardio
Wednesday-10-15 min cardio warmup; 30 minutes targeted arms, chest, shoulders 5-6 exercises
Thursday-30 minute cardio
Friday- 10-15 min cardio warmup or after; 30 minutes targeted abs with or without trainer... With trainer is fun! 5-6 exercises
Saturday-REST
Sunday-30 min cardio

Eat One, One, One: one fat, one protein, one carb every meal and 1/2 of each for 2 snacks each day! Easiest strategy and have the book now!

No, I haven't read any of Silvia Day's books. I just bought the book, "Read This Next" which lists 500 books of all time that one should read so I've started on that.
