Hi my name is Deonna and I am 30 years old. I am married and have 2 amazing kids. I had to have a c-section with my son in 2012 and have been back and forth trying to lose weight and tone up. I have found what really works for me when it comes to eating and that's the one, one, one formula for each meal and snack. I am determined to be in the best shape of my life in my thirties... My twenties weren''t the way I wanted them to be so that''s my determination!!! I am going to record every week my weight and eat right every day!!! I can pick and choose whatever I want just as long as it''s balanced! I highly recommend the one, one, one book by Raniah Bateneyh! Not only Do I want to be in the best shape for myself I want to be an inspiration for people as a future soon to be Personal Trainer!! I am so EXCITED!!

Monday-5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Tuesday-10:30 am Zumba
Wednesday-10 am Mat Pilates or 5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Thursday- 10:30 am Zumba
Friday- 5 minute warmup on cardio machine, 1 strength exercises per body part. 2 sets/15 reps each. Cool Down with Stretches-
Eat One, One, One: one fat, one protein, one carb every meal and 1/2 of each for 2 snacks each day! Easiest strategy and have the book now!

My gym does have classes! I actually just sorted out the schedule today and highlighted the ones I would actually attend. The Zumba classes get way too crowded though :( And I love Zumba! But I hate beeing squished when trying to get my groove on. LoL. I plan on going to a lot of spin classes. I went to Body Combat on Monday and I am hitting Body Pump tomorrow morning!
And I agree about the pro/con thing. It is all just so confusing. I am worried if I don't take it, I will end up being unemployed for way longer than I can afford to be. I already got a rejection letter today for a job that I thought I would be perfect for (the job posting was practically my resume!). That is my biggest concern :(
