Turn back the pages.....

Trying to go back a bit in time....to look more like the photos of 5 years ago (and 20lbs ago). For energy, health and personal satisfaction! I started this journey Oct. 10th at 141 lbs. Ugh. Let's see how far down I can go - perhaps to the 109 lbs I was 5 years ago, before thyroid cancer and replacement therapy?
