6/21/10: At 5'3" and 205 lbs., I started using the SparkPeople website.
7/30/10: 5 lbs. lost!
7/31/10: Weighed in at 199.4 lbs. - first time under 200 in about two years!
9/5/10: Size 12 jeans! And down a band size on my bras - OMG! :)
9/10/10: 10 lbs. lost!
September 2010: Finished the C25K program!
10/31/10: First 5K! Finished the Run Thru Hell 5K in 37:06. :D ...

3/2/12: Welcome to the world, Weston Jack! 8 lbs, 21 inches long, 8:18 AM.
1/2/13: Recommitting to the journey! ST goal of losing 25 lbs, here we go!
2/12/13: Starting C25K again.
4/20/13: Run with the Cops, Not From Them 5K - finished in 38.34. 12.5 minute miles!

My Goals:
Fitness goal: run three 5ks in 2013.

Weight loss goal: get back to my wedding weight before my 31st birthday.

My Program:
Eat healthy, eat less, move more!

SMART Goals
(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, Timely)

1) I will measure my portions and make sensible choices with my food intake.

2) I will continue to train using the Couch to 5K program.

3) I will do a DVD and/or take a walk on C25K off-days.

4) I will attempt to do 500 to 1,000 fitness minutes every month.

5) I will prepare myself for successful eating by buying healthy foods and preparing good meals for my family.

6) I will choose healthy snacks in moderation.

Personal Information:
I live in Michigan with my husband, my little boy, and my crazy cat.

I am using SparkPeople because I want to be a hot, healthy momma! I also feel better mentally and physically when I am working out consistently.

thanks for commenting on my blog! your son is adorable!! since i was last active on SP my niece and nephew were born (now they're 8 and 2 months). it's awesome that our baby will be so close in age to her cousins. as for baby names, i put together a list of "potential" names and stuck it on the kitchen cabinet. hopefully, one of them will click. emoticon
