It's time for me
As a mother of 3, with an entrepreneurial attitude, and a full-time job, one of the challenges I have is to make time for exercise...and eat a more wholesome array of food. I decided to join this group, because: 1. It was easy. 2. The motivation will be helpful 3. Posting my results and seeing other posts is encouraging.

My Goals:
My fitness goal is to get in the best possible shape, by staying on a regular fitness plan.
My Program:
Every week, I will run at least 3 times. Warm ups and stengthening exercises are important to my process. Additionally, I will remember to ice my knee for at least 1 hour after each workout to reduce swelling.
Personal Information:
Having a high level of energy is important to me. Staying on my fitness track will enable me to maintain (and increase) that energy level, while simultaneously getting my body in better shape.
Other Information:
One of my favorite daily reminders is by Alistair Cooke, and it goes something like this, 'A professional is a person who does their best, even when they don't particularly feel like it.'
