I love my horses and scrap booking! I have 3 kids, thier spouses and 7 grandchildren! I love my Lord and life! I work in Hollywood ! I work to support my habits, ie. horses, scrapping ;) I have been afraid of loosing weight because I would look wrinkled, yes, it comes with the job...is that the worst excuse???? Well, I am over it and on my way to ENERGY ! UPDATE: I have been on SP for 6 months now and have lost 24, almost 25 lbs.. some of the things in exercising ...

Well, I am over it and on my way to ENERGY ! UPDATE: I have been on SP for 6 months now and have lost 24, almost 25 lbs.. some of the things in exercising that we learn here are hard to do for me. I get headaches with exercise so am walking a lot. I have discovered Leslie Sansome and tomorrow will start training her way. The Leslie Sansome team will be added to my favorites! Here I go, second phase. Third phase: I have kept off 25 lbs. and am ready to start my second year at SP. My goal is 15 more pounds in 8 months and maintain for the rest of the 2009 year. I resolve to keep track with my food and continue with the wii fit and walking. Everyone who sees this is welcome to challenge me!! No, really, I mean it!! Challenge me! June 2009, I have joined Curves and plan on going as many days a week that I can over 4. I am registering all I eat and keeping in my goal range. I have 20 lbs. left and WILL get it done!! As long as I am able!

My Goals:
I have been a real baby about this. I have kept off the weight I lost but the heavy exercising is out. I do enough with the horses, lifting a 28 lb. toddler and walking miles at work. However, walking is the challenge I am taking on. I am going to not eat after 6pm and stay on the calories SP has alloted!
