The Me I Want to Be

In the last few years I've had several highs and lows. During that time, I've allowed the circumstances in my life to be my primary focus. Recently, the Lord has been convicting me that I can't live the life He has planned for me at this size. I'm not doing this to be "skinny" because everyone has a their own idea of what that looks like. I am doing this so I can start living as God intends, and enjoy my life in ways I never have before. I'm not doing this to be "skinny" because everyone has a their own idea of what that looks like. I am doing this so I can start living as God intends, and enjoy my life in ways I never have before. My starting weight was 284 pounds, and I'm currently at 270 so I'm off to a great start, but still have a lot of work to do.

Short Term Goals:

4 days/week.
Eat in my calorie range every day.

Trying to find a routine that allows me time to workout and eat healthy daily.

Living Sugar Free!
Getting no less than 10 minutes of exercise per day.

Thanks for the comment on my blog post and for the goodie. I know how you feel, I'm starting this year 21 lbs heavier than last year and about 37 lbs heavier than my all time low from Summer 2013. It sucks to do the same work over and over again! But I suppose doing the work again is better than letting this upward slide continue.

I hope we both have awesome years and forget all about the disaster that was 2014!
