The Me I Want to Be

I'm a first year teacher, and I have a very hectic lifestyle. I am starting at 265 pounds at 5'11" tall. I am working toward 175-180. I'm not doing this to be "skinny" because everyone has a their own idea of what that looks like. I am doing this so I can start living again, and enjoy my life.

Short Term Goals:
Workout 30 min./day
4 days/week.
Eat in my calorie range every day.




My Program:
Trying to find a routine that allows me time to workout and eat healthy daily.

Living Sugar Free!
Getting no less than 10 minutes of exercise per day.
