starting all over again

I am Setting new goals. 88Lbs to lose.Will reward at 10lb increments.
I am Planning structured exercise for six days of the week.
Will also be spending more time with friends and family. Having fun outside.
I remember how I worked out when I was a young mother and I didn't gain weight back then. My mother always told me to play with my kids and I wouldn't gain a lot of weight.

I stopped playing. Stopped having fun. This is the stress in my life. I spent one day ...

I stopped playing. Stopped having fun. This is the stress in my life. I spent one day last weekend with five of my grandchildren. We got outside and I turned the house on them. We had a ball and I felt like I had been to the gym. So sparkers lets get out and play.

My Goals:
I plan to lose 2 lbs a week for the next eight to ten months.this comes to my goal weight lose of one hundred pounds in the next year.that means I have to stock to my caloric intake plan and my exercise plan to lose the weight.i have created my workout schedule.i have some exercise equipment both portable and stationary.so no more excuses.its time to get this show on the road.


My Program:
I make a point of going walking whenever time allows.i also work out to videos.rock the wave, and the firm workouts.

Personal Information:
I am from mobile, al. I work 57 miles from home which I drive four days a week.also that's a twelve hour shift over night. So my time is limited.looking for someone to chat with when I get discouraged.someone who can encourage me in my goals as well as in the Lord.
