One Last Time

I've been slender most of my life. At the end of my marriage I gained 45 pounds and took it off in six months following a low carb plan and exercising for an hour each day. Seven years of raising six children alone, menopause, and a bout with unemployment have packed almost 90 pounds onto my little frame. I'm so miserable and sad. I don't exercise enough, don't get enough sleep, have no time for myself and have sunk to a new low. However, God doesn't give up on us and there's always hope with ...
However, God doesn't give up on us and there's always hope with God, so I'm back, trying to get serious and lose this fat for the last time. I'm ready to win this battle...for His glory. I can't wait to be set free from this very painful place.

Short term goals. My first is to break 200. Then I'll break 190, 180, 170, 160, 150, and 140. I will celebrate each success as though it was my final goal. I will praise God for every day that is a positive step toward victory and freedom!
