Well, I was just going to eat one plate of food and make healthier choices. Then I found this site and realized that even 1 plate of the wrong foods was sabatoging my goal. So, to be successful, I need to track my meals and follow the guidelines. I hae decided to do 10 minutes of cardio a day and strength training 2X a week for the first 2 weeks, then go to 30 minutes of cardio 3X a week and Strength 2X a week. I am also going to drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
I'm sorry to hear that you are still not feeling good, any chance baby # 4 could be on the way? If not, you should really see a dr. there could be something going on. I hope you start to feel better. Weightloss is pretty much on hold when you're not feeling good.
My week was less than great, but I am not stressing about it, this week is going pretty good so far.

Well this is the first get together I've seen since I've been on here, so I'm not sure how often they take place.
I think if exercise is making you not feel so well, maybe try to lose a little more weight before restarting it up. I used to be so all or nothing with my dieting, and I have changed it around so much with the help of spark. I now will exercise even if I eat bad or not give myself the excuse to quite eating right just because I didn't exercise. Doing one or the other is better than none at all.
Also if you said you can do 10 mins at a time, go with that, do 10 mins three times a day, for three days a week. I think maybe you could be working yourself to hard, or maybe not eating enough for the intensity of your workout.
Things will get better, just take it one day at a time, slowly!!
