Getting physical...
Spark enables me to stay friends with my body. It means mainly eating well (Low GI) and celebrating what I can do, instead of whining over what I can't do (for the moment!). Updated, June 8 2012: My Summer 5% Challenge Commitment: I will exercise at least 60 minutes a week, and when the going gets tough I will settle for something light and easy like calm Yoga. I will keep following my low GI diet. I will post daily messages about my fitness minutes and ...

Regular strength training Cardio training that doesn't hurt my knees; In addition, of course - healthy food that's good for my Insulin resistant body :-)
