Hello! I am "Hope". Actually, my first name is Maureen :)
I guess the first thing you should know about me is that I live a pretty unconventional life. I live in a VERY rural village in Western Kenya with my husband and three children. (Originally I hale from Vermont.)
I started this journey at 315 lbs. Before I got pregnant with my daughter, I had lost 130 lbs, and was weighing in at 185 lbs. I don't know my exact weight today... my last weigh in was at 215 lbs ...

I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl on April 2nd, 2013. She was and is my motivation to return to Spark, and get serious about taking care of my health and wellness again.
