Joy, you are so much on my mind today. I was watching the show "pitching in" which is a cooking channel show where a chef goes to an area and tries to learn everything she can about the local ingredients. She was at a farm where they raised goats and made cheese and the show was so entertaining and for someone like me a real education too. I am so uninformed that the only goat cheese I had ever had any knowledge of was the basic chevre but they made brie and cheddar as well as a very creamy chevre and this chef made some ice cream out of goat's milk, cheddar and chevre....how exotic! and the guy at the ice cream shop was so amazed and impressed with the flavor he said he was going to "borrow" the recipe.
Well, as you can see, I'm still all wound up about the show and wish we lived close so I could come and see your operation as you get all set up. I just know it will be a success if you can just get past the intial problems and other farm challenges. 1455 days ago
Thanks for your comment on my blog "Scale not moving!!!" i never thought about the sodium intake although i did think to track it when i set up my daily nutritional trackers.
