I want to be healthier, and to be leaner. I will lose 10 pounds by the end of December, 2010, and then another 5 by the end of 2011.
I'm riding my bike as much as possible, which means commuting to school, and taking my daughter in a bike trailer to her school. I also try to bike for the grocery shopping, and any other shopping I can feasibly do on a bike. I also walk and run, and will get back up to 3 miles at a time running by the end of 2010.
