My Goals:
To stop yo/yo dieting and develop a healthy life style that includes healthy eatng and exercise.
My Program:
To meet start meeting with my nurtionist again in the new year. Trying to keep a daily journal. My eating plan is 20% fat 20% protein and 60% carbs. My goal is to exercise up to 5-6 times a week.
Personal Information:
I was born in Erie, PA and moved to the Philly area in 1992. I work with preschool children with Autism.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading the Bible, Karen Kingsvury novels, and making jewerly (which I need some inspiration to do again.
