Just finished up the C25 program with my bestie and now we are going to continue running (one run a month) and begin our Beachbody programs.

Currently: 21 day fix

I can't sleep with my feet covered.

I am addicted to coffee.

I am legally blind/deaf, and although it takes me three times as long, I still say I can do it.

I'm in school for fun. I've earned my Associates!

I love to color my hair frequently and want to try hot pink when I get my goal weight. (or maybe blue?)

Well I think I have your bad ankle.....I was walking and texting and stepped down wrong on my ankle. It seems to be fine, but it was also my already bad one so we will see how the day goes. I will be doing upper fix today as scheduled. I actually can't wait to see if I can do the 7.5lbs and 5lbs again. I would love to be able to stick to that and possibly raise the weight the next cycle of 21DF that I do.

Well at least it was only a pound. Did Total body cardio today and man is my back hurting. Going to ice it tonight and take a muscle relaxer. It started during the workout and I had to do the modifier so I did no weights on some of the moves. Hope that I will be ok tomorrow......I can't wait to get to the day that I can do these workouts and totally kick bottom!

My doctor is thinking it is my Posterior Kinetic chain which can start up as high as by lumbar rotators - piriformis-and even the psoas. I love active release - I do use a lot of trigger point products.
