2014 trying to finish what I started

Oct/Nov 2014: dang...as you can see September just blurred on by and I want to say I've made HUGE strides. I can't. However, I CAN say as of today I broke a plateau. This motivates me to push harder.

June 2014: wow, half a year down. Well now...I guess I better make the most of the next six months! C'mon girl...let's FINISH something!! Let's begin 2015 in maintenance mode...only we'll name it something much cooler than "maintenance mode" Like we'll name it "kicked a$$ ...

March, well first quarter of the game was a faltered experience. But I'm ready to go into halftime with some hope and ambition. I won't see a 5K race without first training and completing my C25/Spark Rookie sort of training program. I need to be my own cheerleader this quarter. Go me Go!!

1/1 Here we are again with a brand new year. I'm actually excited again and hope that this is our year to achieve. Let's do this. :o)

My Program:
for exercise,want to finish the C25!! I'd like to set up a home gym in my house. I want to make this a lifestyle full of fun and cute muscle tones. Not work.

Personal Information:
I can't sleep with my feet covered.

I am addicted to coffee.

I am legally blind/deaf, and although it takes me three times as long, I still say I can do it.

I'm in school for fun. I've earned my Associates!

I love to color my hair frequently and want to try hot pink when I get my goal weight. (or maybe blue?)

I want to collect high heel shoes, even if I can't wear them. I have three so far!

Thanks for taking the time to comment, I appreciate it and I was glad to get your input. How do you mean--I didn't understand the "I feel a ghost" reference? and were you having juice exclusively or food the rest of the day? I am drinking the juice in the morning but later having whatever there is. I dont feel super jittery but its noticeable and annoying. But most of the things I'm seeing are positive. I would like to hear more about your experience.

thanks for stopping by my blog and the birthday wishes:-) beck does refer to people with low blood sugar, diabetes, etc, who can't do this exercise. i have always been a grump when hungry and i'm trying to conquer this through attitude and understanding. it goes over!

I have Les Mills Combat, Slim in 6, P90X3, P90X, 21 day Fix, PiYo, Body Beast and Turbo Fire.....I want to still get T25, P90 and Les Mills Pump but refuse to get any more before I finish what I have now. Body Beast I want to do over the spring as it's a lot of weight training. Figure I can do some of that on the back deck!!
So do you want to do 21 day fix on 1/1/15 and then move to another workout? Just let me know....I'm down with what ever you want to do next. emoticon
