Just finished up the C25 program with my bestie and now we are going to continue running (one run a month) and begin our Beachbody programs.

Currently: 21 day fix

I can't sleep with my feet covered.

I am addicted to coffee.

I am legally blind/deaf, and although it takes me three times as long, I still say I can do it.

I'm in school for fun. I've earned my Associates!

I love to color my hair frequently and want to try hot pink when I get my goal weight. (or maybe blue?)

Also, with the plantar fascitus (or however you spell it), rolling a golf ball under the feet each morning before getting out of bed is a huge help. And some ibuprofen to reduce swelling.

Thanks for catching up on my blogs! As far as my problem with my calves... The potassium in bananas is supposed to help with cramping, but mines not cramping. It's like I just can't get a good stretch.
