I wanted to thank you for commenting on my last few blogs. I'm sorry that you've struggled with the same thing as me. But it's nice to know I'm not alone. You understand my struggles.
I think the reason why my quote speaks to me is because I keep wanting to look at the past. I want to go back and be that same weight I was. I keep thinking if I had just stayed strong I would be at goal by now. Then I think man what if I just fail again in the future..
I'm determined to live in the now. ONE day and one step at a time!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. For this Beck exercise the point is to be able to not eat the extra portioned food even though it is right there on the plate. I did box up the food after I was completely done eating. Its to help build up resistance against unplanned foods and avoid overeating.
