I thought I'd check in and see how Hip Hops Abs is going for you! I'm still at it - although not every day. My favorite remains the basic cardio 30 minute workout - the get busy combo and the Night Fever are a hoot! I've tried the 40 minute cardio (Cardio Groove, I think) but didn't like it as well, probably just because it was unfamiliar. I've - also tried Last Minute Buns and Last Minute Abs - those are both a tough five minutes!

I'm so sorry to hear you have bad kidneys, that is such a worry! As far as I know my kidneys are fine. What made me start worrying about protein level is that I was researching that surgery for people who have loose skin hanging after losing weight too fast, and found out some people who lose weight too fast can't have the surgery because they are protein deficient, which causes them to either not heal or to heal very slowly. I have been having issues with slow healing so I might be protein deficient. I don't know. But I am going to start tracking my protein at any rate.
