This is a new bridge for me....in 2011 I will turn 50. I want this new era to be started with a healthier outlook and a sense of control, discipline and respect . Goodbye to the nagging daily dread and accusations of food and weight. I am going to find more excitement for new things in life. I want to follow the path and live out with joy what the Lord has for me.
