My Goals:
want to be able to make healthy food choices instead of high fatty greasy foods
want to get my weight down to 70 kilos or under
want to be able to go into the skinny section to buy my clothes not the big section
want to be able to buy whatever i like in the the style i like instead of whatever size that fits me

My Program:
ive cut out all junk food dont buy it anymore
i am avoiding going to the fish shop that way dont get tempted to buy a hamburger chips etc
buy heaps of fruit vegetables and salad
im doing 2 workouts a day on my treadmill 1.5 kilometres per workout
