I am on a mission to inform individuals that the lifestyle changes made by the "normal" non-surgical spark person who is successfully losing weight must be implemented in the life of the individual who has had bariatric surgery.

My Goals:
Long Term:

To earn a degree in information technology (by the end of 2012) and business administration (by the end of 2013).

Short Term (as of 10/31/2012):

To be healthier and have lost 21 more pounds by the end of 2012, which would give me an overall weight loss of 182 pounds.

My Program:
1. To consume at least 60 grams of protein daily.

2. To keep portion sizes small...1/2-3/4 cup or less each.

3. To wait at least 1/2 hour after eating to drink liquids.

4. Get at least 10 minutes of walking in daily.

Thank you for my spark goodie and I was just looking at your spark page again and notice how you said you were so relieved after having given your talk at one of the rallies. I was there and you and all the speakers did such a nice job. I'll bet Beth has had you speaking at all of them! You must be an expert by now! LOL! Keep on Sparkin!
