Healthy habits that have carried me through when I'm struggling or busy or altogether unmotivated to carry on in this weight loss business:

-an exercise plan that I love
-exercises already planned in the calendar
-lots of water
-salads/soups for lunch
-never go more than 2 days without working out
-weigh myself only weekly
-an active friend support group that I can call to hang out with and do something active (instead of going out to eat)

Moving the weekly weigh-in up to the top where everyone can see it :)

    I stay hydrated, I actually stopped drinking as much at night because I was getting up several times a night. No caffeine, if I do its green tea first thing in the morning but I didn't think about carbs I will have to look at that, thanks!

    I forgot to reply to the comment you left on my half marathon pic!!! :D Anyways, thanks for the love, you're always such a great encouragement to me. I want to eventually work my way up to a full marathon, but I had issues with my knee that haven't fully healed yet. So even my half marathon desires have been put on hold. I'm going to train for a triathlon to be raced next year, and try to give my knee time to fully heal up. But man, I really want to run a marathon. :)
