My main goals are basically to feel better and have more energy. My weight goal is to lose at least 30 pounds. I also want to work out at least 3 times a week and definately make healthier food choices. My husband is a chef, so the food is VERY difficult for me!
I am keeping track of what I eat. Cutting down on things like cake and cookies (my favorite!!) I am also trying to stretch and exercise. I am following all the guidelines from this program.
I''m married and have a 3 year old son. We have 2 dogs a Weimeraner and a mixed puppy. I really love them, but it's hard to spend enough time with them. I teach preschool at Head Start. I mostly love my job, but I would like to have an elementary job and hope to start on my master's degree next year.
My favorite shows are Grey''s Antonomy, Desperate Housewives, and Real World.
I also like Super Nanny. I sure know some people who could use her!! :)

You have a beautiful family, and I love your dogs! I love Weimeraners, especially the Wegman portraits of them. They have such fantastic expressions. I have 1 full blood dachshund named Eleanor, and a doxie-chihuahua named Hattie.
He started walking with m kids.Man the walk slow but it's a nice wa to ease back into exercise.I honestl didn't do much exercise this time I was so wipedout!!How are ou doing? Looks like I got a was to go to catch up with U!!
I'm back!!Had the baby 7/22 17 hrs labor,8lbs 14oz,20 1/2 inches.I don't really look pregnant this is the first time I've looked so good after.I used Babyfit which is sparkpeople for preggers and what a difference!!How are you so sorry I didn't check in I 'm terrible=}
