Has it been that long since I looked down? It has it has! I stopped with all my working out and eating right about July and just never started again. I got in shape for the summer and then just stopped.
I know, if I had not stopped I would not be where I am now. Back up to 218lbs but not ready to give up. As the years go on it does get harder and harder to keep it off and oh so easy to pack it on.
I have been back to the gym for 3 weeks now, gotten over the hump and getting back into making it more part of my day to day. I am also back in school full time so that kills alot of my time but that is no excuse. Summer is coming up fast so the push is back on!
I have been away but did not give up. I am still working out and keeping my calories down. The summer is here (again) and I am almost there! I did put on some winter weight but it is coming off nicely. The key: eat less exercise more. I started at the gym about 4 weeks ago, heavy as my body would allow me.
Now I am changing gears to cardio and cuts type of a work out. I even got the wife to start up at the gym with me. I am showing her how to work around the gym and how to jump for one machine to another.
Some gym rat on the lat machine just move on over the the back pulley row. She is new to this so it is slow going but I now have someone to work out with again.

-Running mon, wed and fri.
-curcit trainning tues, thurs. and sat.
-abs everday, just change target area each day.
I live in Elizabeth NJ, but not sure what to say in regards to where I am from. Lets see:
Born in Tx, then moved to AL, then moved LA, then back to AL, then back to LA then from there we went all the to NJ.
Been in NJ since 1986. In NJ I have lived in Linden, Cranford, Clark, back to Linden, Bound Brook, back to linden, Hillside and now Elizabeth. If you have not noticed I like change and to change things about me on a weekly basis.

Wow... I am sad to say I haven't been on Sparkpeople in a long time but hopefully I can start coming back around. I think it's time for me to start over again. Hopefully I can get a blog out soon about what has been going on with me. How are you doing?

I think that every day is a new start in this battle with food addiction. And it's comforting to know that, unlike a magazine diet, I can start over any time I need to, even if it's mid-morning, mid-afternoon, or midnight! So I ate that donut for breakfast when I really wasn't hungry. Instead of beating ourselves us, let's just put it behind us and keep on going.
So long as we don't use starting over as an excuse (oh, I can eat this donut and start over when I'm done licking the glaze off my fingers) it works.
As long as we don't quit, we can't fail.

Hi! It's the only one I have for now, but after I run my Marathon in January I'm going to get Mickey Ears with the date and time in it - or something along those lines. I love Tats too, but always have a hard time on what to get...
