Nothing tastes like thin feels

I'm a lifelong yo-yo'er of the same 25-30 pounds.

I dropped 30 pounds on the South Beach 4 years ago held 25 of them off until I gave up smoking...so a year ago I started smoking and 10 pounds came off. Now to get those final 15 shifted.

I'm no gym bunny and I have an all or nothing mentality - when I'm motivated I can move mountains but I spiral downwards quite quickly.

My Program:
Since it worked and is ingrained in my psyche, I'm mainly aiming for a P1 South Beach..plus I don't eat meat or poultry either. Lots of veggies and try to keep up the water.
