I'm one of those people who has tried, or considered trying just about everything out there, and I'm only 21. I had success in losing weight twice- both times through Weight Watchers Momentum, but I've never been able to declare that I reached goal. I've also never been able to maintain any amount of weight loss. I'm one of those people who has tried, or considered trying just about everything out there, and I'm only 21. I had success in losing weight twice- both times through Weight Watchers Momentum, but I've never been able to declare that I reached goal. I've also never been able to maintain any amount of weight loss. I've also dabbled with veganism (Daniel Fast), a Paleo Diet, Low Carb (South Beach), and I've even tried counting calories a few dozen times over the years. None has gotten me more than a ten pound loss before my motivation dwindled. So, now, I'm trying to figure out how to make this whole weight loss thing work for me. I'm done with dieting, but a healthy lifestyle seems a little far out of reach- especially for a binge-eating young lady with a sweet tooth and anything involving potatoes and a deep fryer.

My Goals:
My weight loss goals are broken up into 4 ranges: 1. 50-74 pounds to go. (180 pounds) 2. 25-49 pounds to go. (155 pounds) 3. 15-24 pounds to go. (145 pounds) 4. 0-14 pounds to go. (130 pounds)
My Program:
Starting out exercise with a goal to walk 10,000 steps per day (since October 1, 2011). I am using Fitbit.com to determine my daily calorie allowance, but tracking my food through Sparkpeople.com. I am going to follow the Sparkpeople meal planning guidelines, but I am NOT following Spark ranges. I do not drink my calories (aside from milk substitutes). The most I'll ever put in my coffee is vanilla soy milk, and even then, I'd rather have unsweetened tea.

Other Information:
I'm a writer. It's part of me, and nothing will change it. I also sing, but don't count on hearing me. I'm also an iced tea addict, babysitter, and huge dreamer (though not inclined to act on my dreams).
