Hi everyone.Started working out and eating healthier in 2010, lost 40 lbs by doing eliptical and treadmill. Then things got busy and did not excersise as much, gained 15-20 lbs back! So here I am trying again to lose the weight, I hope to find encouraging words and helpful hints.
