Small goals for right now
1. Drink 64 ozs of water everyday.

2. Workout 30 mins 3 x a week.

3. Make 1 small healthy change a week.

4. Track my food daily so I can see where I am at right now and what changes need to be made.

5. Educate myself on healthy foods and habits.

6. Stay motivated :)

Personal Information:
I am from Virginia but live in Savannah, GA now. God has given me a wonderful husband who is my best friend and the love of my life. We have been married for 17yrs. He is a strong Christian man who works hard.

Other Information:
I love the 80s!!! Music, movies, fashion...you name it. They don't make anything like they used to.
