Me at about 140lbs 3 years ago- my 1st goal is to get back to this!
me being totally goofy in the 130's about 5 years ago
In order to support everyone in my life, I have to take care of myself. My goal is to live a long, healthy, joyful life with those I love! After years of feeling sick and visiting doctor after doctor, I was diagnosed with fibromyalsia, irritable bowl, migraines, and a host of other mystery illnesses. I was unwilling to accept a lifetime of pain and pills and chose to do more research. Everyting I found pointed toward my diet! I gave up the white flour, (most) white sugar, artifical sweeteners (especially diet soda), and meat. I finally made the jump to a vegan diet in February 2010 and I can't imagine going back. I feel like a new person!
To live a long, healthy, joyful life with those I love!
1st goal- 165lbs.
2nd goal- 160lbs.
3rd goal- 155lbs.
4th goal- 150lbs.
5th goal- 145lbs.
6th goal- 140lbs.
7th goal- 135lbs.
8th goal- 130lbs.
9th goal- 125lbs.
Final goal- 120lbs.
(Dr Fuhrman says I should weigh 115lbs, but that is just too thin for me.)
I follow a vegan diet. Right now I'm following the vegan version of a program called Tone It Up. It is a whole food plan that encourages greens and plant-based proteins.
I love reading, music, and rollerblading at the park.
